National Speed Awareness

(NSAC)

This course is designed to cover appropriate speeding offences detected by Automatic Camera Devices and Police Officers. 

The course is interactive and designed to help change driver behaviour to help improve road safety for all road users.

You must produce photographic identification to your trainer as part of the registration process.

An increased number of courses are now available at venues across mainland Hampshire. If you are unable to locate a suitable course via the online booking portal, please call us and leave a message with your contact details and one of the team will call you to discuss availability. The majority of courses will continue to be delivered online.

Regrettably we are currently unable to provide venue based courses on the Isle of Wight.

National Motorway Awareness

(NMAC)

This course is interactive and designed to help change driver behaviour and increase drivers knowledge of SMART (Managed) Motorways to help improve road safety for all road users.

You must produce photographic identification to your trainer as part of the registration process.

A number of courses are now available at venues across mainland Hampshire. If you are unable to locate a suitable course via the online booking portal, please call us and leave a message with your contact details and one of the team will call you to discuss availability. The majority of courses will continue to be delivered online.

What's Driving Us?

(WDU)

The What’s Driving Us Course is now available. It is for those drivers where the evidence suggests by an act or omission their mischief was intentional or deliberate i.e. the driver knew their actions amounted to an offence.

You must produce photographic identification to your trainer as part of the registration process.

A small number of courses are now available at selected venues on the mainland.

If you are unable to locate a suitable course via the online booking portal, please call us and leave a message with your contact details and one of the team will call you to discuss availability. The majority of courses will continue to be delivered online.

Safe and Considerate Driving

(SCD)

The Safe and Considerate Driving Course is a two-part course aimed at those drivers who have been involved in a collision without serious consequences, where their driving has amounted to a lapse of concentration or an error of judgement.

The morning is classroom-based and explores how motorists may be able to reduce their risks of collisions through discussion and reflection. The afternoon will be on-road in a vehicle supplied by us and delivered by a qualified Approved Driving Instructor. There will be a maximum of 2 clients per Driving Instructor. This session is designed to help you focus on the aspect(s) of your driving that you want to improve.

You are required to show a commitment to making a change but there is no formal test of your driving.

Please ensure you bring your Driving Licence to this course.

Priority for this course will be for those that reside in Hampshire or have been referred by Hampshire Police. However, some spaces are now available for online booking and are available to anyone wishing to book.

All courses currently operate out of Kings Community Church, Hedge End, Southampton.

If you have any special requirements in relation to the driving aspect of this course, please call us to discuss your needs.

National Rider Risk Awareness Course

NRRAC

This course will be available to riders of Powered Two Wheelers from the end of April 2023. There will be limited availability for this course and that will be dependent upon demand. If you are seeking to book this course and cannot find any courses available via the online portal, please call us to discuss your requirements or look for courses available with other providers via the NDORS Offer portal.
